Experience

Art Ruiz is founder and operator of DreamWorks Construction. Art was trained in proficient and expert building practices by the carpenters union and offers clients over 25 years of hands on experience in the industry. While attending college, he worked for development companies as a journeyman, foreman and then superintendent building homes, custom homes and commercial buildings throughout the bay area.
